The Long Road runs south from Mirabar through the desolate Crags, to the village of Longsaddle, past Berun's Hill, and thence to Triboar
So it seems that it is located between Longsaddle and Triboar, what means that it should be in the Starmetal Hills. By the description, it can be assumed that it is clearly visible from the Long Road.
On the other side, The Savage Frontier (Paul Jaquays) drops more light about its location:
This local landmark is a bare-topped, conical hill that commands a splendid view of the valley of the river Dessarin to the east. This lookout has often been used in times of trouble to watch for advancing orc or barbarian tribes coming down from the north and east.
By that information we can assume that it offers a privileged sight to the North and East of the Valley of River Dessarin. That is very important, since its location becomes quite restricted to the Southern part of the StarMetal Hills.
However, the existance of the River Berun's as an affluent of the River Neverwinter (Neverwinter Campaign Settings, Sernett, Marmell & Scott de Bie) suggests a closer relationship between the river source and the location of the Berun's Hill, though river source is located northern and western to the suggested place described in the above paragraph.
Even having into consideration that previously said, for the purpose of the Neverwinter Map we are assuming that it is in a intermediate location between the River Berun's source and the Southern part StarMetal Hills.
As can be seen in the attached image (marked as a yellow star), Berun's Hill would be located between Longsaddle and Triboar, with a good sight of the Valley of River Dessarin, the North and East corridors and it could be potentially spotted from the Long Road. Finally, though not being in the closest location to the source of the River Berun's, it can be assumed that, due to its importance, Berun's hill could give its name to that region of the Starmetall Hills, and therefore to the river too.
For the purpose of the DnD Neverwinter map in progress, Berun's Hill would be out of map area, so it is not being included on it.
